ข้อมูลผู้ใช้ – ข้อกำหนดในการลบบัญชีผู้ใช้
ก่อนดำเนินการลบบัญชีผู้ใช้ คุณอาจต้องการ ส่งออกหรือบันทึกข้อมูลของคุณ เช่น ประวัติการเช่าพาวเวอร์แบงก์ ประวัติการทำธุรกรรม ยอดเงินคงเหลือในกระเป๋าเงิน (Wallet) และข้อมูลผู้ใช้จาก 24CHARGE ผ่านทางเว็บไซต์หรือแอปพลิเคชัน ทั้งนี้หลังจากบัญชีผู้ใช้ของคุณถูกลบแล้ว คุณจะไม่สามารถเรียกคืนข้อมูลดังกล่าวได้อีก
ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ประวัติการเช่าพาวเวอร์แบงก์ และวิธีการชำระเงินที่บันทึกไว้ทั้งหมดของคุณจะถูกลบอย่างถาวร การเช่าพาวเวอร์แบงก์ที่ยังไม่สิ้นสุดหรือเครดิตคงเหลือใด ๆ จะถูกยกเลิกและไม่สามารถเรียกคืนได้ เงินมัดจำของคุณ (หากมี) จะดำเนินการคืนตามนโยบายการคืนเงินของบริษัท หลังจากบัญชีถูกลบ คุณจะไม่สามารถเข้าสู่ระบบ เช่าพาวเวอร์แบงก์ หรือเข้าถึงบริการใดๆ ที่เชื่อมโยงกับบัญชีดังกล่าวได้อีก ทั้งนี้ บัญชีที่ถูกลบแล้วจะไม่สามารถกู้คืนหรือเปิดใช้งานกลับมาได้อีก

เพื่อยืนยันการลบบัญชี
User Data – Account Deletion Requirement
Before deleting your account, you may want to export your information such as rental history, transaction history, account balance in the wallet, and user information from 24Charge browser or application. After your user account has been deleted, you won't be able to retrieve anything.
All your personal information, rental history, and saved payment methods will permanently be deleted. Any active rentals or credits will be canceled and cannot be recovered. Your deposit (if any) will be released according to our refund policy. You will no longer be able to log in, rent power banks, or access to any services linked to this account. Once deleted, your account cannot be restored.
To permanently delete your user account:
- 1. Open 24Charge browser or application.
- 2. Tap the Profile icon.
- 3. Tap the Setting icon on the top right of the screen.
- 4. Tap “Account Settings”.
- 5. Tap “Delete Account”.
- 6. Scroll to the bottom, agree to the Terms of Service, and tap “Delete Account”.
