24CHARGE is a portable power bank rental service. Rent one from any of our stations and return it to any station once you are done charging.
The map inside the 24CHARGE website or app shows every nearby station, along with how many power banks are available to rent and how many slots are free for returns.
Open the 24CHARGE app or website and scan the QR code on the station to start your rental.
Return it at any 24CHARGE station with a free slot, inserting the end with the charging cables first. The system confirms the return and shows your rental summary. If the power bank is inserted in the wrong way, or not pushed all the way until it's locked, the rental is not considered ended and usage time keeps being counted. The user acknowledges and agrees that any charges arising from an incorrect return are the user's sole responsibility and are non-refundable.
Under normal circumstances, the rental fee is 20 THB per hour and 80 THB per day (4 - 24 hours). Any fraction of an hour is rounded up and charged as a full hour. If the rental period exceeds 6 days, it will be considered as unreturned, and the deposit of 280 THB will be charged in full.
It is security for the power bank, and it is returned to your Wallet as soon as you return the device, after the service fee is deducted.
A temporary hold of 280 THB is placed on your card at the start of the rental. If the power bank is returned within 6 days, the hold is automatically released. If the rental exceeds 6 days, the hold becomes a final charge.
The power bank has built-in charging cables: Micro USB, Lightning, and USB-C.
8,000 mAh. If it runs out, you can recharge the power bank yourself and keep using it.
If you rent for more than one day, each following day is charged at the daily rate of 80 THB.
A receipt is generated automatically after each rental ends. You can view it in the rental history section of the app or website.
